Step 1

Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Your confidentiality is our top priority. While signing an NDA is entirely optional, we offer it to give you peace of mind that all discussions with our firm remain highly confidential. We understand that property or business investments are personal and sensitive matters, and we will never share any of your success stories with other clients or use them for marketing purposes without your consent.

Step 2

Initial Consultation

We arrange a complimentary meeting, either face-to-face or virtually, to understand your investment goals, financial capacity, and future plans. This meeting helps us tailor our advice to your specific needs.

Step 3

Financial Evaluation

Once we have a clear understanding of your situation, our team of chartered accountants will assess your borrowing capacity and discuss whether you'd prefer to use your own equity. At this point, we formalize our consultancy engagement with an agreement and require a 50% deposit of the service fee.

Step 4

Presenting Investment and Funding Solutions

Based on our evaluation, we offer you funding solutions (if needed), investment opportunities, and guidance on potential growth areas. We also provide rental appraisals in the regions where you’re interested in investing.

Liaising with the Builder

We collaborate with the builder and move forward with the investment process as soon as the bank confirms your loan approval.

Final Payment

The remaining 50% of the consultancy fee will be due once the bank officially approves your loan.

Step 8

Completion and Handover

Now it’s time to sit back and relax while we oversee the completion of your investment project. Once everything is ready, we can assist you in renting out the property if needed.
