Beginning her career with KPMG, Sharmila has held prominent leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Board Director. As a trusted executive business partner to boards and CEOs, she is renowned for her expertise in strategic investment advisory and project management. Alongside her corporate success, Sharmila has also built a thriving personal investment portfolio in Australia.
Her passion for helping business owners, directors, and CEOs in Australia and internationally grow their property investment portfolios has been a cornerstone of her career. Cameron began his career as an Estimator, where he developed strong technical expertise in construction costing, project feasibility, and contract management. Over the years, he progressed through a range of senior roles, gaining deep practical knowledge of every stage of the building process—from project planning and design coordination to construction delivery and operational management.
Throughout his career, Cameron has worked with some of Australia’s leading residential building companies, including Metricon Homes, one of the largest and most recognised home builders in the country. His experience within large-scale residential construction organisations has given him a comprehensive understanding of building systems, quality control, and efficient project delivery.
Cameron currently serves as a General Manager within the construction industry, where he oversees major residential development projects, manages operational teams, and ensures that construction standards, timelines, and quality expectations are consistently met.
With his extensive industry knowledge, leadership experience, and commitment to excellence, Cameron plays a key role in delivering high-quality residential projects and supporting successful property development outcomes.
